Birthday Party
Adam went to his friend's birthday party today. As part of the celebration, they had a pinata. Adam enjoyed watching the other kids swing at the pinata and contributed a few good swings himself.

Of course, the best part came at the end.

Easter
After we returned home from our trip, we had a second Easter celebration with Daddy. Adam enjoyed the Family Home Evening egg hunt and did a great job retelling the Easter story.
Adam's favorite part of the evening was dyeing the Easter eggs.

Zoo Encounters
We had two rare encounters at the zoo today. On previous zoo trips, we have been disappointed to find the polar bear sound asleep in his den. Today was our lucky day! Not only was the polar bear awake, but he also cooperated to give us a great photo opportunity.
Adam's favorite part of the day was viewing an exhibit we've never seen before. He would have been content to skip the animals all together so he could watch this crane work.
