Birthday Celebration!
It's hard to believe, but Adam is officially 3 years old!!! With Daddy's and Mommy's birthdays a few weeks before his, Adam has anxiously been waiting for his big day to arrive. Adam woke up to find the house decorated with lots of streamers, balloons, and the number 3.
As part of the birthday celebration, we went miniature golfing.

We also played a few arcade games. Adam especially loved the basketball games. He won lots of tickets and was very excited to trade them in for a ball and squirt gun.

The day ended with one of Adam's favorite events: blowing out the three candles on his cake.

Mother's Day
Daddy and Adam went for a drive today. They came back with a special surprise for Mommy: three roses representing the three years that Kim has been a Mommy.

Bird's Nests
With spring officially here, we have lots of birds in our neighborhood. Adam loves looking in the trees for the bird's nests. Today, we made our own bird's nests. Adam enjoyed making them just as much as he enjoyed eating them.

Sets
Adam found our Set cards today. He really wanted to play the game so Kim invented a sorting game for him. They started by sorting the cards according to color. Then they sorted the three colors by shape. Next they sorted them by shading pattern and finally by number. Adam was very proud of his accomplishment!
